If you are a beginner and don't have that many badges and are in need of leveling in a very quick, non-costing way, all you have to do is to acquire a bike, put one or two of your pokemon in the daycare which is pretty close to your 3rd badge and ride around for a long time. Ride for about twenty minutes your leveling poekemon should be leveled ten more levels at least or even more. The bike persues time because you go faster, in other words if you walk in the game, one step is about half a secong, but with the speed of the bike you can achieve more and more time and leveling at a faster rate...

In red blue or yellow go talk to this guy in virdian city that tells you how to catch pokemon then fly to cinnbar island then on the right of that island surf up and down close to the ledge and some pokemon will be over level 100 and some pokemon will be level 0 ,80 there is this pokemon called M, to catch him you have to put him asleep then you got him. He elvoles into another pokemon when he elvoles and you gain him exp points then he goes back 20 levels thats all have a nice trip.

Go to a pc. save in front of it. Then go on. Next deposit all the pomemon you want to clone(maximum 5). Then switch to an empty box. When you start to save turn it of when it is saying "SAVING". Then you will have a cloned pomemon in the box and one in your party. If it is holding something the item will also be cloned. That is how i have 5 of Lugias and Ho-Ohs. Warning: If you mess up the pokemon will be deleted. And there is no way of bringing it back. I lost a level 100 Dragonite this way. It works 100% of the time if you do it right. Happy Cheating, you damn cheater. ^_^

Well a really easy way to catch Entie, Suicine and Raikou is to copy three master ball so you dont have to go through a lot. You can get a master ball from pro. oak or the lucky number show, you may also copy the master ball too from your PC. If you dont have any or you wasted your last master ball you can always get a gastly or a misdreavus at MT. Silver at night, that knows mean look attack, with that the Dogs can not escaping, unless they use roar. You can also get a scyther from the bug catching contest, train it to level 39 and learn false swipe that will always leaves 1 HP. Do false swipe untill you reach 1 HP then use a bunch of fast ball from kurts house that he makes for you. best places to find the dogs are ......Routes 35, 45, and MT. Mortar ....P.S try looking for them in small patches of grass.......buy lots of repel.

duplicate your master to have 3 then if youve seen any of them just look to see where they are and then follow them around till you get in a battle with them they are lvl 40 so then you should use your master ball and you will have all thee dogs in about 1 hr of hunting i have all of them and suicune is lv 89 entei 87 and raikou 90 they are really useful
