In this level, when you come to the very first tree trunk with a saw circling it, there are also a lot of oranges, fall into the tree trunk doing a butt-bounce. a series of trampolines will lead you to a token and 8 (i think it's 8) extra lives.

In Treewood Forest there is a place. Get there by going down the hole in the tree. Once you are there, then butt-bounce on the button. Then lives will appear!!
