Disadvantages
Hydra : Takes a while to charge Dragoon : Need to know when to turn really quickly at right time King DeDeDe : Doesnt go up hills very well Meta Knight : Cant Boost Flight WarpStar : NO noticeable disadvatages apart from being just as fast as the normal Warpstar

In City Trial, It is possible for the CPU to construct the Legendary Machines as well - to avoid this, set the CPU to level 1
ALSO
The CPU will only get a piece if it is just sitting there in the open. You know when a CPU gets a piece, it will make the noise but you wont have the piece on the screen
