whe u get vegeta raise his level up until u can opan the door in goku's and gohansforest and keep fighting in there, and after u get everything done but the cell games beat then go to kami's lookout and go to the hyper bolic time chamber with gohan, trunks, vegeta, or piccolo and u can train and get your levels up by 5 levels but can only be used once

To get the apartment B card just unlock the mayors house at west city and then find a trunk. Go to it and press A and you should have the apartment B card

Get to level fifty with Trunks Vegeta Piccolo and gohan then smash there 50 doors gohans is outside gingertown piccolos is on new namek(u need 2 find the seven missing nameks to get there) trunxes is in west city and vegetas is in the northern mountains. when you r in the secret 50 doors get the character trophies from the doors then complete the cell games and hercule will b available

Recieve all the statues in the game. (S.S.Goku, Piccolo, Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks) Then, after defeating Cell, a Super Saiyan Goku statue will appear. (You must have goku at level 50) Then, when the statue appears, a note will appear in the middle of the screen saying "Hercule is now an available character."
