First, you have to have 10 mystery events already. You switch "mystery event is exiting" to "exiting is event mystery". You do it backwards. Then he'll say you must be a member of the special mystery event. There, you will be able to catch every single pokemon exept jirachi and deoxis. You can only stay there for 1 day so you better catch all of the legendaries you didn't catch before you catch the common pokemon.That is how I went to the game designer's building in another island where you could catch a pokemon named "celebi". It looks like cabbage with eyes to me. It will be at lv.5.

this GLITCH has been popping up in ruby and sapire in japan
if you havent bin playin for over a year u dont hav to worry about it
but it pisses up ure game
it usualy appears just when u get to ever grande
it looks like a mudkip just standing there

You need two games for this to work. First, you link up. Then you trade and leave. Restart one game and trade again. Keep restarting the same game and trading over one pokemon each. Then go get a lotto ticket at lilyclove. Your chances of winning will be much higher. You can trade as many times as you want.

how to get all legendary dogs & starters

if you have a firered/leefgreen and another pokemon game just transfer all your best pokemon to the other game and start a new game in your firered/leefgreen but with a different starter keep doing this until you have all starters and all the legendary dogs and your also getting more legendary pokemon like mewtwo and the three birds and good items like rare candies and good moves, and trust me it's going to take a long time to get them but trust me it's wirth it.

catch a golbat or sableye about level 50 in sky pillar that know mean look.Buy at least 20 ultra ball,10 timer ball ,3 revive and 15 hyper potion .Look latias'area in pokedex and be patiened when looking for it.when you met latias,use men look so it cant' escape.Attack it until its'hp turns red.And then keep throwing the ultra ball and timer ball and the latias will be yours.(you must throw your ultra ball first and then timer ball cause timer ball will be more effective if more rounds taken in the battle.)

You can get those two using a gameshark code off a site. http://pkmn.net/?action=page&page=4282 Go to route 101, and you should encounter them at around level 2, or 3. It worked for me, but I used a GBA emulator on the computer. Good luck

to level up weak pokemon easily just give exp.share to the weak pokemon so that he/she can hold it. then go to the elite four (make sure your using a strong pokemon)and challenge them and win and your weak poke mon depending on the lvl will be at 5-10 lvlz higher depending on the level and it workz ive done it before

BLACKBELT first you need a pokemon who knows thief then you to get the blackbelt which by the way powers up fighting type moves go to route 115 you know the karate guy well battle him when he sends out his machamp use thief and you will get the blackbelt.
SILVERPOWDER first you need a pokemon who knows thief to get the silverpowder first which powers up bug type moves you go to fortree city and head down to lily cove when you find the bug guy who has a masquerin when he is his strongest you use thief and will get a silverpowder. The millenia crystal is received once Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayqaza are captured. Once in possesion, put them in your party in the aforementioned order with no other pokemon. Then go to your home and access the PC (it only works at the home PC). In your items box a Millenia crystal can be found, and it powers all moves, making them two times as effective!!!

use the masterball on grouden or kyrouge then when u beat the elite four to catch requasa hurt it untill it uses rest then use ultra ball to catch it. the three reggies use a lot of ultra ball but u will need to get a wailord put it last and a reialth first

go to the battle tower go to the computer make sure box 9 is empty then just put the pokemon you want into box 9 save withdraw your pokemon go to the link battle lady say "yes, i want to battle." then pick level 50 or any level pick your two pokemon then there should be a short pause push A, B, start, and select at the same time during the pause this will reset the game now you have the pokemon in the box and with you.

Put a pokemon in the daycare then go to a collapsing hill with an acro bike so you can't climb it. Put a rubber band to hold the up key down so you go up,down,up,down etc. This will make your pokeom grow loads of levels if you leave it going over night but have your DS/SP charging otherwise you might run out of power. I got a venemoth from level 5 to level 65 in one night. Make sure you have lots of money though or you might not be able to buy back your Pokemon! GooD LucK Demon Squirrel ';.;'
