Firstly defeat the eltie 4 and the champion, this will make the guy thats stops u going into the cave in cerulean city go, the cave is where mewtwo is. Mewtwo is notoriosly difficult to catch, i spent ages training up 5 pokemon to level 100 and a raichu to lvl85 ( i did the lvl100 thing to make sure he wouldn't ko all my party, you don't have to though, i then made the raichu learn thunder wave, thunder and shock wave. go through cerulean cave until u reach mewtwo, ( make sure you have at least 120 ultra balls and 50 timer balls ( sevi islands two island), you will also need tons of revives and hyper potions, plus a few lava cookies ( two island again), save the game then attack mewtwo. The first thing you should do is make your raichu use thunder wave to paralyse mewtwo ( this helps stop him using recover and attacking your pokemon ), then use thunder followed by shock wave, he should now be very weak. Now start throwing ultra balls, i got lucky and caught him after 20 balls but you might need to use all your ultra balls and then catch him with a timer ball. ( Make sure you heal your pokemon and revive them every time they faint or are close to it).
Now we come to problem number 2, u have mewtwo but he hates your guts, he may disobay you but a good trainer knows that you should have pokemon that love you, to rectify the situation i sold all my leftover items from catching him, put him second in my party and gave my strongest pokemon the amulet coin and put her at the front, i then went to resort gourgeous on 5 island and using the verses seeker started to beat up the two ladies ( gillian and jackie) and the artist that was with them. i did that for a while and then bought tons of protien, iron, carbos ect and gave them all to mewtwo, i continued to do this for a while and now hes level 100 and adores me. To get Jynx,make a Poliwhirl and give it to the man living beside the Pokemon Center in Celadon City.It'll be named ZYNX. To make Smoochum,put ZYNX & a Ditto in the daycare at 4 Island(you need to beat the Elite 4 and find the ruby for Celio). Walk around or wait for a couple of hours,and the old guy at the daycare will ask you if you want an egg he found (it's Smoochum).Say yes,and run around for about 2700 steps (if you have Pokemon Ruby,Sapphire,or Emerald,trade it over there and ride on the mach bike)

first beat the elite 4 100 times and then go to brock and talk to him and then after that go to misty and talk to her then talk to the next gym and the next gym so on.... and then once you have done that go to prof oak and talk to him and then surf down to cinnabar island and go surf to seafoam island and go in the cave and search for about 6 hrs and then a shiny jirachi should appear ( if not then go talk to the gym leaders again) use a master ball on it nd catch it then go to cinnabar island and tlk to the fossil fellow and give him the shiny jirachi and he should fossilise it and then it should evolve into jirchizarmy. then once you have that you will be cool like me cuz i did that cheat and it worked and now i have a lv 100 shiny jirchizarmy. cool eh :)

ok go to the fire gym where u fought blaze surf around their for a bit then fly to the place where u got the earth badge talk to the old man who needed his coffee he will ask u if u want him to show u how to catch a pokemon say yes then watch it then fly back to the place where u fought blaze surf around their again keep surfing until this pokemon comes he looks like a block looks a bit like a mess. if u trade this pokemon he will turn into a kangaskan. the pokmemons name begins with m forget the rest his level is either 0 80 or 90 dont use any hms on him as ur game will just turn into a mess it doesnt ruin ur gameboy when u turn it back on it works perfetly. can only be caught with an ultra ball have fun

you got in front of the dotted hole and use cut then BAM!!! it will open!! now all you have to do is solve the maze good luck!
note: inside dotted hole is the sapphire use for billy's friend in the pokemon center in 1 island. he needs 2 gems ruby and sapphire. if your looking for the ruby then its in mt.emeber you cant miss it!
another note: in mt.ember to find the ruby go to the place where the two team rocket goons are and fight them.good lucj there easy to fight
