In the very beginning, do the jetpack cheat (Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left Right.)before Officer Tenpenny throws you out of the car. A sign will say that you are "Wasted" and will wake up at the hospital. Now you can go into any fastfood restaurant, Ammunation gun store, and also Madd Dogg's mansion. You can also save your game in the mansion.
go into the gym in cj's hood go back out then go back in enter the jetpack cheat and fly into the ceiling then you'll be on the moon theres a shovel up there too
