Answers to the Riddles in the Tower

This isn't that hard. When you get into the 1,000 year door, you will eventually get to a tower where you need to solve 10 riddles. Use Goombella to help you figure them out. There is one riddle where she just says to 'do something' That something would be to destroy the wall in that room on the right with Admiral Bobbery. There will also be a room where you need to break blocks. There are two blocks that can't be broken, even with the Super Hammer. Just go out of that room, solve another riddle, come back in the room. Do that twice and the blocks will be gone. Trigger the switch at will after that.

Hidden shop in the Great Tree

Between the two areas where you fight the jabbies is an area with two floors. Go to the bottom floor and go all the way to the left. It looks kind of like a passage, but blue. You have to use Flurrie to blow down the cover. Go in and welcome to Pungent's shop.

Enemy tattle log information in Professor Frankly's House

If you defeat a Boss or enemy that you fight once (for example, Hooktail, Red Bones, Gus, etc.), and you do not tattle on them, you can get their information by looking in the yellow trash can in Professor Frankly's house.

Easy upgrade in Hooktail's Castle

To upgrade your party members twice, go to Hooktail's Castle. At the room where the ceiling closes in on you with spikes, at the end it there is a wall that can be blown up. Use Admiral Bobery to blow up the wall. Inside is an Up Crystal. Give it to Merlin and then you will be able to upgrade your partners twice.

once you get to glitz vile or whatever it is when you become a fighter that weird guy will say "gonzeles" come with me bub go to the door turn around to him press A he will walk wright thru you. and the second time jolene brings a piece of cake DO NOT EAT IT! it will poison your parter and your partner will not be able to particapate.

easy boss kills

Having trouble with a certain boss? Here's a way to dish out MAJOR damage to them. First you need a few items, and use Goombella, or prefferably your yoshi. equip as many mega rushP badges as you can find, equip one chargeP badge, and find or buy a power punch. MAKE SURE THE BADGES ARE THE KIND YOU USE FOR PARTNERS. This also works best if you have the power lift special, and p up, d downP, or power upP are optional touches. now for the final touch. get zess.t to cook you a trial stew;(couples cake + poison shroom), and take it to your fight. Use your partner, goombella or the yoshi. on the first turn of the fight, use the power punch on your partner, and have your partner use charge. Next turn, make mario do a power lift, and grab as many ATTACK up arrows as you can, and have your partner charge again. Then comes the grand finale; make mario give his partner the trial stew. their health will go down to one, and all the mega rushPs will take effect. they're power will raise by 5 for every mega rushP you put on them! Finally, attack!! With the yoshi, use ground pound, and if you use goombella, use multibonk. Be careful if using goombella, because you need to time all the bonks perfectly. if you're using yoshi, you can damage opponents almost 90 points! you may want to carry a life shroom if the battle still goes on, because next turn, your partner could be toast.

Message Board Difference

When you're on the Excess Express train there is a ghost. He asks you to find his DIARY. After you complete chapter 6 and take the crystal star to the thousand year door, look at the back of the message board in Rogueport. It will be graffiti from the ghost in cabin 4. It says "Aren't you glad you didn't read my JOURNAL". He called his diary a journal.

u get to the badge shop bye going into the inn at roge port and up where u take a nap u will se a door go out u will be on the roof go in the stor and if u want money talk to the guy not to the girl and he will ask u hif u r seling or if u r gonna buy somme badges if u have somme badges u think u wont use in the hole game u should sell them he gives allot of money 4 badges NOTE:do not sell defence ups or power ups

Defeating Gloomtail

You should have a Zap Zip Badge and at least 45 Health, 35 Flower Points, and about 30 Badge Power. You should only use Star Power for Sweat Treat. Use a strong party member and keep an even pace with your attacks. Additionally, Gloomtail, Hooktail's older brother, has 80 HP and 6 ATT power . Use Power Smash (equip many if you have more than one) and use Admiral Bobbery to bomb him . This should not take long. Note: If you have a Feeling Fine Badge, put it on to avoid Poison . After five to eight turns, Gloomtail will be defeated and you will get the Star Stone.

Keep clothes

Get the L Emblem and go to Rogueport to the badge shop. Sell the badge. After you sell it, you will still be wearing Luigi's clothes. If you pause game play, you will change into Mario's clothes again. This also works with the W Emblem.

Infinite Turtly Leaves in Petalburg

After plucking one leaf in front of the pink house, go left across the bridge. Return to the pink house and pluck more. Keep doing this to get unlimited Turtly leaves. Take the Turtly Leaves to Zess T.'s house in Rogueport to the left of the item shop. He will turn the leaves into Koopa Tea, which is better than Turtly Leaves. Koopa Tea gives you 7 FP and Turtly Leaves only give you 3 FP.

In the main area, use Ground Pound in front of the gallows. If done correctly, you will either see a plate form jump up or a Star piece will come out of the ground. Additionally, go behind any pipe in the game and you will usually find a Star piece.

Luigi clothes

To get Luigi's clothes, go to where you get the sixth crystal star. From here, do a spring jump up to a pole on the left side. Do another spring jump to reach a ledge with the Luigi Emblem.

Easy Star points in Glitz Pit

When you get into the Glitz Pit, fight until you are near rank 7 or 8. You should now be fighting "the fuzz". Kill the black Fuzzie that has 3 HP then kill the Flower Fuzzy (pinky). Next, keep the green one near 1 HP remaining. He will split in two. Kill one of them (always leave one alive). It also helps when you have Koops out for a partner. Just leave Mario in front and Koops in back and use his Shell Shield (new attack when you upgrade him). Every time that it breaks, put a new one on. It helps to have some Happy Heart or Happy Flower badges equipped. Keep doing this and you can get 50 Star points in about five minutes.

Ms.Mowz

To get Ms.Mowz you first have to get past chapter 4. Go to the help center and accept the ??? request. Go meet Ms.Mowz on top of Zess. t's house. Go to Hooktail's lair and walk to the middle of the room. When you see a exclimation mark(!) above your head take out Flurrie and blow. You'll see a chest open it and get the badge. Return to Ms.Mowz and give her the badge. Ms.Mowz will then give the badge back and join your party.

Wario clothes

To get Wario's clothes, go to the central area of Rougeport with 360 Coins. There should be a merchant with a large mustache. He sells something called a Wario Emblem from time to time. It is a badge that requires no badge points to wear.

When you have badges you do not need, go to the inn at rougeport. In front of the desk upstairs is a door to the left. You find a shop if you keep walking left. Here, you can sell badges for 50 to 200 coins!

Jump on spiked enemies

Normally, you will hurt yourself when jumping on spiked enemies. When you get Vivian go into the sewers and have Flurrie. Reveal the hidden pipe and go down it. You will enter a room where the floor has spikes going up and down. Change Flurrie to Vivian and go on the floor when the spikes are down. When you think the spikes will come up, press X and Vivian will take you under the spikes, then come up when they go down. At the end of the room is a chest with the badge that lets you jump attack spiked enemies and not get hurt. Unfortunately it does not help you get across the spiked floor. Repeat the previous technique to get back out.
