one cool down area is near the boardwalk.. theres a ramp with another cool down area right beneath it..go on top of this ramp and knock down all the posts so the signs fall down..wait till the cooldown is full and continue driving.. this has got me away many times...another cool down are is the bus station, try to get the cops a fair distance away and smash through the glass, go up the ramp/s (either side)and turn so u dont break the glass and wait..ull no doubt see cops flying around doing stupid things but they wont see you..once again wait till your cool down is full. this one is another good spot to use. after that.. drive harder and faster then ever before.
