While in the main menu select Quick Race, then select Split Screen. Next select Circuit and choose the Omega track(6/28). Select any number of laps(it doesn't matter). At the start of the race turn around and go in the opposite direction(this is important). Follow the road until you get to the part where there are two flashing green lights marking the shortcut road underneath the building and drive through it. Drive through the second building as well and you should be outside the track. This is the start of the 2 player free roam. Have fun!

Get Your Bounty Up

If you need to get your bounty score up it's easy, get into a pursuit with the police and go to the bus station. Crash thru the glass and drive up the ramp and make sure a cop doesn't follow you up the ramp. Drive to the end of the ramp but not off of it. Go as far as you can go without falling off. Make sure to check behind you once in awhile to make sure no cops come up behind you. Now kick back and watch the cops go crazy down below. Your wanted level will go to the max but they cant get you. Its the best. To get away, backup drive off the ramp and go straight ahead to the gas station and blow it up. Then run. I got my bounty up to 5,000,000 by doing this.

If you didn't get the pink slip...

Exit the game by pressing Windows Key before you hit Continue after you selected the Bonus Markers (and didn't get the pink slip), close the game from Task Manager, and open the game again. You have to challenge the blacklist member again, but this time, after you beat him/her, make sure that you choose the marker you missed the previous time.

2 player free roam at Omega

First you go to the quick race menu and then you to split screen. After that pick a car(I usally pick my pimp Corrvette while my brother picks his lame Viper). The go to the Omega track (#6). At the start turn around and go the wrong way. Keep going until you reach the building were you can go underground. Go under until you get to the end and take a right. You should be outside the track. Enjoy your free roam with your friend.

You may have heard of the omega cheat for 2p freeroam, but i got another. Go to splitscreen and choose speedtrap. Choose 6/10. Right after the 2nd speedtrap, the drive-in (movies) is right there. Turn and go through the screen and viola, you are in freeroam. Have fun. I haven't tried the omega one, I always use this one.
