O.K so first you go into the city hall where Honest Jackson usually is, then you talk to the clerk at the desk when you first go into city hall. Then click build rooms. Then they will give you a list of what you can build. Click on the art gallery. It should cost 1000 simolens to build it. After you click on it, there will be a pop saying that Tristen will be finish building it in eight hours. After it is done, go into the atrium and find the art gallery. Once you find the art gallery there will be blank pictures. You paint pictures on them. After a while some sims will either call you or text message saying that they bought your painting.

This really isn't a cheat,but if you give a cow a piece of chocolate as a gift and then you milk the cow instead of white milk you will get chocolate milk. The cow will also turn brown. The cow won't stay brown forever.
