Once you have a few paintings the stats should be full, you then earn 500 Simoleons for every painting you sell and there is no limit to the amount of paintings you can sell

first of all go to Hazel Dente and ask her all about her past life (to do that do all the jobs that she asks you to do first). then you need a mechanical skill of four (read books and watch tv), and then go into her back garden and go to the back of the swimming pool where the big white box is and press open. Then go back to Hazel Dente and confront her (maybe intimidate) then go back to your mmaid and see if he is let free.
