when you have to fight that fat guy, that made everybody in Kazus a ghost, all you have to do is be at least level 8, that's what level I was, and use antartic wind on him. That should weaken him a good bit, depending on your level.Then just attack him a few times, or if you have another antartic wind on you, use that, too.

go to the menu. click on your items. put the item you want to dulicate in the top left hand corner. go into a random battle. go to your items( while in the battle)and press up and b at the same time. if you did it correctly, you will briefly(about two seconds) see the weapons window flash. if this happens you did it correctly. if you go back to your item you will see that there is one more of it than there was previously. =D
