Go to the end of the Blue Lake Woods 2 level without getting any suits, don't touch the flag
Stand on the last prize block (do not open it), hold down A do not release it and hold down B, do not release A or B and hold down C, without releasing any of the buttons hold Down and Right (holding all of the buttons together) if done right, the screen will fade, give you your points and an extra life then you'll be skipped through to the last boss Plethora.
