Whenever you're up against someone, especially bosses, try building up chakera. (the glowing yellow stuff that is there when you are about to preform a jutsu) No one can hurt you while you are doing this.

in the first section of the ninja council level, go behind each box and behind the 3rd box, there is a space to crawl through. There you will find a leaf symbol and a giant scroll. This will give you the fourth jutsu to whoever finds it.(If you go on free mode, you can use both characters in the game to find it so they both have the fourth jutsu.

in the ninja academy level before you fight Temari, after fighting a health pack dude, there is a small crack behind him you can crawl under it and when you go to the top part there is a scroll it gives you the fourth jutsu and a 1up.
