go to the executive building and go near the bookshelves near the desk and only go at 3 am to 4 am or else you will get sent to jail.
Go down the steps that the bookshelves open. After that go to the table and get the blue prints they go to Luthor he can be found around the museam or the rep club!

When something in your house is broken call the repair man and he will repair it. But before he fully repairs your item all the way walk out the door and go back in then press the "A" button and then press "Repair" then when you repair it it will start off where the Repair man stopped and you finish the rest of the job and keep your 100 Simileons.

(Only works on 1st floor of 2 story homes) When you call the repair man, watch as the bar increases over him as he repairs something. When the bar is just about filled, walk out of the house. When you come back in go up to the object and choose "Repair". Now, when you go to repair it, the bar is almost completely filled, and you saved $100.

I have a really hard time beating Dusty! All you have 2 do is press select and click jobs. click on the motorcycle job and see what level your on. It will say you need _____ mechanical points or ____ somethingelse points. Get those points but DONT PLAY THE GAME UNTIL 6PM TO 7PM NOT BEFORE~!!!! Upgrade your bike, from the guy beside the spinny table, it will cost about 5,000$, so WORK WORK WORK. Then race Dusty Hogg and it's better to race him when your calm, TRUST ME!! Those upgrades will help you beat him, but it is still uo 2 u! NOTE: YOU HAVE TO BEAT 1 MINUTE AND 10 SECONDS.

This is not really a cheat just some help for those who have not got 10 rep points with a rep group of choice .
First of all if you wish to get all rep points you have to have 100 + with group leader .artsie leader is roxanne moxie,streeties is darius,richies is luther l bigbucks , and nerdies is polly,or whatever her name is .
Second you have to have the rep group mission compleated
Third you have to have -5 with rival group leader artsies - nerdies richies - streeties nerdies -artsies streeties -richies
Then you have to have full skill streeties - body richies - chrisma nerdies logic artsies - creativity
Also you have to find and give the rep group trophy to the leader
Then you must have good realationships with all members
and stay in a good location mostly if you want to get in with the richies then stay in the penthouse ,ect
if you get all 10 rep points with a group they will ask you to join there group if you do they will give you the clubhouse keyes,a silver and gold plaque and a special gift ! good luck !![CENTER]

to get things repaired MUCH quicker....simply call the repair man when u need somethimng fixed and be4 he repairs anything, bump into him....he will leave and everything will be fixed! simple as that!!
