go to the executive building and go near the bookshelves near the desk and only go at 3 am to 4 am or else you will get sent to jail.
Go down the steps that the bookshelves open. After that go to the table and get the blue prints they go to Luthor he can be found around the museam or the rep club!

When something in your house is broken call the repair man and he will repair it. But before he fully repairs your item all the way walk out the door and go back in then press the "A" button and then press "Repair" then when you repair it it will start off where the Repair man stopped and you finish the rest of the job and keep your 100 Simileons.

first when you have a house buy the 3 domo mojo thing to make people like your crib 40% more then invite someone around if they like your crib they will give you a pressie.watch out for cyrstal if she likes your crib she will give you a magic lamp you can only sell it for $600 so don't. the magic lamp when you press it in the inventory you go in it in it is a bed and a toilet this is very useful.remember for example daddy bigbuck's give's you a key to a city.other people also give you cool stuff. (Only works on 1st floor of 2 story homes) When you call the repair man, watch as the bar increases over him as he repairs something. When the bar is just about filled, walk out of the house. When you come back in go up to the object and choose "Repair". Now, when you go to repair it, the bar is almost completely filled, and you saved $100.

-ok so if u own urbz gameboy u can walk up to a object and press R to change its color. (dose'nt work with all objects)
-if u want beads but you dont want to serch around for them just get a 75% relationship with pepole and they'll give them to you.
-if your plants are dead just move them and they'll be alive again. you can keep them in the same spot if you want to just click move then set it back down.
-richies hate streeties/ artists hate nerds/ streeties hate riches/ nerds hate artists
-to get fast rep points find the leader and get 100% with them then say somthing they DONT like then say somthing they DO like and you should get a point. (dose'nt work after you've done it alot)
-if you need to feed ewan then get him to move in with you and its ALOT eaiser. (he only eats corn dogs i think)
