On single player get to the bad diplomacy level and earn gold, then do it again and get all the 007 gold thingy-majigs. If you got all of them, after you complete the level corectly it sould say: Unlocked MP (multiplayer) powerup-gravity boots. Then when you play with a friend, for the power up chose cloak and boots, so when you start jumping you will float a bit, but before you do that get the cloak, find the enemy, jump so your invisible in mid-air, shoot and give some death from above.
