Ok, I got this cheat from much practice playing the game in Japan, where its from.

Step 1. Do a back handspring into a 360 degree ariel flip. then...

Step 2. After you have landed eat 2 bowls of kemchi really fast. You dont have to use chop sticks. after that...

Step 3. Wipe your hands clean and using the 2nd player controller press left, right, up, up up, up, up, down, up, right, select+start (at the same time).

That will get you everything you want. Good Luck!
