In order to get married, you first have to befriend Woody. Next buy a level 3 house and a level 2 bed. Then in the moring, the Mayor will stop by asking you if you found that special someone. Then he'll tell you to go up in to mountain where the legendary blue bird lands. Climb the hill and you'll get a blue feather, then give it to the one you love. Remember that you have to have at least 8 hearts for that person to marry you.
