Before a game, you will be asked if you want to train before a game. When picking the players to be trained, pick any three defensive players and for their training excercise choose the bench press for all madden level. As soon as the first player on the bench appears press pause and select quit game. The three players will have seven points without u having moved a muscle.

To be what ever team you want to be on in Superstar mode

After you get drafted and you aren't on the team you want to be on save then go to your agent and demand a trade as many times as it lets you and if you don't get the team you want to be on then go to load and load your superstar then demand a trade again and keep doing the process until you get the team
