At the cerebro files part of the menu for the Iceman danger room cheat: right right left left down up down up then press start. you should get a message saying that cheat worked.
Wolverine danger room cheat: down down up up right left right left then press start.message that cheat worked should come up.
Nightcrawler danger room cheat: up up down down left right left right and start. cheat confirmed should come up.
