After following the directions of the first whistles cheat to get the two whistles, use the first whistle to get to the island where you can see all of the levels that you can go to. Do not select to go to any level, just use your second whistle right there on that island and it will take you immediately to level 8.

on the first world level go to level 3 and near the end of the stage look for a white block hold down for 3 to 5 sec. and u will drop into the backround and then run all the wats to the end. u will be transported to a cest box and inside u will find a whistle that warps u to stage 2 3 or 4. the next whistle is in the first castle u have to have the tail to fly up on to where the door is and keep flying up there and u will be transported to another room in the level. u will see the wistle drop and u will have a whistle. the best way to try and get to the last level is to use the first witsle go to level 4 then in level 4 use the wistle to get to level 7 then u have one level left and thats level 8. there u go the whistle cheat

At the end of the level, you collect cards, As you will know.
You can get three stars easy on a level you know.Because the nintendo can not process off screen, it can not process the end part of the level (black area with card) when it's off screen. So, a bit before it comes into view, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! and then jump at the bottom left of the card square from a short distance, if you do this at every level, you should keep getting stars. And 3 stars means 5UP!

World 2 Whistle

There is also a whistle in World 2 if you want to get it. In the far upper right corner of the world (the same section where you can see the castle), use a hammer to bust the rock. A creature (one of the ones you defeat to get a star or mushroom) is back there as well as the whistle.
