If you are walking around town and see a party join it! Cute people have tea parties and give out a tea doll. Study sims blast off a rocket and you get rocket essences. The most rare party is a spooky séance. There they will summon a ghost and you will get special essences.

go to a sims houes and walk up to them press give suff pick up the idom you want then press b. it will subtract from the bur you fill up to get to the nect star.

Three story house

To make all houses in your town threee stories high, you must name your town "Name your town"
Speak to the mayor after handing in your paperwork at the start of the game
