Multi-player weapons power-up

Begin game play in multi-player mode and collect at least fifteen of one weapon, except for grenades. Aim at an opponent, then press A + B + Z to fire a powered-up version of that weapon. Press A + B at the same time to unleash powered-up versions of weapons in single player mode. In order to do this trick you must have fifteen of that type of weapon. Note: Press Z when guided missiles are under your control to fire a blue laser. Collect three power-ups of an item, and the item will become more powerful when you press A + B. Swarmers: Fire non-stop. Lasers: Shoot a blast that bounces off and destroys objects. Grenades: Large explosion. Bouncing Bettes: Shoot out the top of your tank. Plasma Bolts: Fire non-stop. Mines: Create huge mine field. Gun Buddies: Many random turrets Nukes: Can kill you underground. Guided Missile: Larger, stronger, but slower missile. Health and Turbo: No increased effect.

Secret Island

On the last level (Aztec), you can go to a secret island. In campaign mode there is a large number of every item on the island. To get there, set off a nuke from anywhere then go to the boat with a wooden bar blocking it. After you set off the nuke you can go right through it. Next, touch the boat and the screen will flash and you may reach the island. If not, just keep touching the boat and you will eventually get there.

Customized gangs

When you enter TRDDYBRRKS code and Custom Gang appears at the bottom, you can actually type in letters and customize your own gangs. For example, if you enter TRDDYBRRKS and then enter X, you get grenades, two Goliath tanks, 2 FLP-Es, and a Laser Tank. You can also type in various combinations to get various groups. For example, enter SGG for three Goliath tanks, an Inferno, and a Motortank.

When a Nuke is deployed, go directly next to it. When it explodes, quickly go to where it detonated. The radiation rings that appear go in a direction away from the Nuke, which leaves you untouched by it.

On various levels you will encounter entrance pods that are either orange or a green. Destroy all the green pods. The orange pods cannot be destroyed. The enemy uses both the orange and green pods.

Flying Mototank

In the Parliament level, choose to be the Mototank. Then, go to the underground gate that leads to the nuke. Instead of going into it, go behind it. Once there, wedge your tank between the back of the gate and the wall by pressing Analog-stick Right. Your tank will appear to sink into the ground. Next, very quickly move the Analog-stick to the opposite side. Your tank should shoot out of the ground and will remain in the air for a several seconds. This is a very good move for escaping a larger tank, or getting the nuke if the underground passage is blocked. This trick only works with the Mototank.

Tank on water in tank wars

Select the green team and go to the railroad. Make sure you select a lightweight tank. Go over to the closest train track. When the train runs you over, you should be on top of the water -- if not try again. Enter tank wars and choose Griffin's army. Select Europe then go to the rail yard in Germany. Enable the "Invincibility" code. When the train runs over you and while you are in the middle of the train, keep trying to move. When the train leaves, the tank will be on the water by the tracks but will not sink. It will act as if it were on land.
