An advantage of buying expensive companies rather than smaller ones first is you can get more money in return. For example, if you buy the Print Works for $70,000, you can get $8,000 dollars a day to make buying the other companies easier. Don't forget that you have to complete a certain mission in the Vercitti Missions before you can purchase companies, and you also need to finish the missions related to those companies.

If you pick up the regular shotgun at your hidout (from starfish island) and then go out and find the spas or benelli shotgun out in the city, your 50 shells from the regular shotgun will be transfered to the new upgraded gun you picked up. If you were to pick up the upgraded shotgun without doing this you would only recieve 20 or so shells but this way you get roughly 70. This trick works with other guns also that share simular bullets.

Go to the Ammu-Nation in Downtown. Enter the back room and keep doing the target challenge. You will notice that every time you complete it, your pistol ammunition will go up. Eventually, there will be no ammo or amount left in the clip shown under the pistol. Note: This trick can only be done with the regular pistol, and not the revolver.

first get any police vehicle and then use the wanted level cheat 3 times ( to get 6 stars ) then drive around but listen carefully then you should hear something like "suspect in the downtown area" if it doesn't work the first time try another time but eventually it will work.

To get the bulletproof admiral you must go to the mission of Cortez "The Guardian Angel"where you and lance protect diaz from the haitians but dis is different you must kill Diaz and get the admiral then its mission fail and the doors are lock though but use hammer or chainsaw to break the doors the after that you now have a bulletproof admiral!!!!Well have fun

If you put the Angry Pedestrian cheat on then go to the Military base the soldiers will be killing each other, and it makes it easier to sneak in. This helps a lot at the end of the game when you can get an Apache.

It is possible to get up to 500 second wheelie bonuses with this trick. You will need either need a moped or a dirt bike. With a dirt bike, drive then do a wheelie. When you do the wheelie, you would normally hold the gas and [Keypad 6]. Instead of holding those until you flip over, get a pretty big wheelie then release the gas while still holding [Keypad 6]. If you are traveling at the correct speed, the dirt bike will keep doing a wheelie without the need for your to press the gas. To keep your momentum, tap the brake or the gas. With a moped, you need to listen to the sound. Start to do a wheelie and when you hear scraping sounds on the road, release the gas then quickly press it again before you go down to the ground. Try to keep letting the gas off and pressing the gas until the scrapping sound stops and you should be doing a steady wheelie.

Start from the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Shop and head south. You should pass a bridge on your left and then soon on your left you should see a narrow brown dock right next to the water. In the water below the front of the dock is a boat. Go to the edge and look down. You will see it. Do not jump from there though. You must jump from the south of the boat because you will fall in the water any other way. You may drown the first couple of times but once you finally get it you will have the Coast Guard boat!
