In mission "Happy Birthday" when you are on steamboat (when you need to assinate the concilour) go to the second floor and into the bar. You will see a glass of wine on the to left of bar. Go there and push "action button". Push as many times as you can (three times) and you will get drunk.

Sneak around the watchtowers in the cargo areas around the back on level 16 you lucky bastard.There will be a small storage/shed house with two gangsters guarding the front and one inside the house.Kill them and you'll find a some kind of scope sniper rifle.Get the the weapon and stand at the very front of the warehouse.At that angle you'll see all the watchtowers with all the snipers.With snipering skills you should be able kill all of them from agodd and safe distance.This is a good thing because the snipers inflict quite a bit of damage and with them gone you'll have no problems.Warning you must kill alot of Morellos gangsters to acheiv this point so good luck.

To gain money you have just to drive to countryside, to gain 100$ every 2 seconds, just drive above 70 mph, drive only 80, longer you will gain money and less % to crash somewhere with car and lose life, driving to countryside is good, besause when it loads you have fixed car and saved game totaly free, so when you die u can retry.

Mission: Kill the councilor
Go to the second floor to the back of the boat. Right click the bathroom door that has a sign on it. Go back to the firt floor to find the captain. Right click on the captain to talk to him, you will have to talk to him twice. After he gives you the key go to bathroom on the first floor and pick up the bucket. Proceed back to the bathroom on the second floor and right click. Choose to clean the bathroom and when your done right click again to pick up the gun. Press "I" and drop the bucket. Press "H" to hide weapon and go back to the first floor to find the captain. When you find the captain right click to give back his keys. Go to the front of the ship and wait for the councilor to give his speach. While councilor is giving his speach punch the guy on the first floor who is sea sick to get him away from the railing. When he runs off stand on metal incline on the front bow of the ship so you have a good shot. Three bullets to the back will finish him off. Escape to the railing where the sick guy was standing and right click. You will have escaped on to the boat!!!

THis cheat is very simple. All you have to do is a side roll to reload instantly (ex: you shoot out a clip from the tommy, side roll keep shooting, the relload noises will continue normally)
This dosen't work for is the pump action-shotgun or the Mousin Nagnat sniper rifle.

on the end of the road between oakwood and down town it forms an l sort of shape....it is actually a hotel or something....behind that is a sea view site with stairs leading to the bank....down there when u face the sea there is a white board on ur left reading "censored" behind it is a girl....ya ya i know u wanna see her....u can reach her from that cliff climbing it from above the stairs....keep to the left on the mountain.....the lady is in a red lingrie tied to a pole with a big lock on it....i have tried but couldnt get her free....:(

Use this in free ride mode. First go saliery bar. Then you get out of your car. Once you are out you blast your car with grenades. Wait for the cops to come. Drop your guns and then your wanted level will never rise when u start again. RADICAL!!!

this seems obvious to me but other people are posting dumber ways of completing this mission so here's the easiest way to beat it. get the gun by talking to that choch bag and all but instead of being next to the guy you're supposed to kill go on the bridge for the ship that you saw being lifted in the first cinematic and walk up it, its the perfect hight and slope to shoot the guy from behind, no1 can shoot at you, and hop on to the escape boat.

Choose the Hot Rod, which is unlocked through Free Ride Extreme. Set the Traffic Density to 0 and select City-Daytime. Spawn at Hoboken, then immediately drive straight and left. Follow the road along on the last lane to the right. When you go onto the straightaway, go as fast as you can. Keep going onto the field. Then, hit the train tracks going at top speed. If done correctly, you should fly into the building. However, instead of crashing, you should go through it. You should then go through the ground afterwards. You will be stuck and your car should begin spinning. The only way to exit is to restart Free Ride by quitting the game.

when taking the car to the garage, on entering the city keep going straight, there is an alley straight ahead, you can go down it and through gates that swing open, keep going straight, there is another short cut, hang right then left and then back onto the main road, left and right and you've a straight run to the first bridge

Mission 08-03 (rooftops) When the game has started, walk on to the funnels at the corner of the roof. Jump to the legde of the other building, and turn left. Walk around the building untill you can see the stairs. (Take care of the police-officer down the street; he will shoot you down.) When you see the stairs, turn around and walk back to the roof where you started. Then go up to the stairs, and all of the police-officers, who are usually at these stairs, are gone.

When you get to kill the councilor on the steamboat, you could just forget about picking up the key and so .. that's too much of a hassle :) Just get to toilet with sign that says you'll need to get a key from the skipper. Walk to the skipper, talk to him and proceed to the place where the band is playing. The band will stop and the councilor will come out with his guards. When he is talking stand behind him and hit him a few times on the back. All the guards will be shooting at you, with the councilor as a human shield. If he doesn't die at once keep running around him, so that the guards will shoot him for you. After he dies, escape using rescuing boat.

In free ride under city-night or city-daytime go down from Oahill to Oakwood. The road is curved. On the last curve before you turn you might see a light from the light house. Search for a road and go down it to the light house.Be carefull!!! There is no fence on the cliff so you might fall in the water!!! Stop the car and you will see a silver car. The it's simple get in and drive.

OK. When you talk to the guy, there is a building with two sets of stairs; both face in two direstions. Speedy will exit the staircase on the left, and go off to the left. Park a car into the building right by the staircase. Speedy will walk out and just stare, confused. Take your swwet time shooting him. Then the bonus car flower power pops up very close to where you are.
